摘要
根据轴箱轴承的结构尺寸、润滑、密封、寿命、可靠性、可维修性等技术指标对现有动车组所用轴承的性能进行了详细分析,结合250 km/h标准动车组的特点以及后续发展方向,对轴承的选型给出了可行性建议,并形成了250 km/h标准动车组轴箱轴承选型方案。
According to the structural dimensions,lubrication,sealing,life,reliability and maintainability of axle box bearings,the performances of bearings used in existing EMUs were analyzed in detail.Combining with the characteristics of 250 km/h standard EMUs and the future development direction,the feasible suggestions for the selection of bearings were provided,and selection scheme of axle box bearing for 250 km/h standard EMUs was formed.
