摘要
文章基于国内客车转向架的发展和应用情况,分析了既有技术平台转向架的特点与不足,同时为提升和改善车辆的综合服役性能指标,针对200 km/h速度等级开展了轴承、车轮、车轴和悬挂等转向架关键技术研究,在借鉴“和谐号”和“复兴号”动车组转向架基础上,设计了新型的200 km/h动力集中动车组拖车转向架,并开展了关键受力部件的强度仿真分析、焊缝应力值评估以及试验台静强度、疲劳强度验证,证明转向架强度满足UIC、EN和TB等标准要求。通过进行多体动力学建模、仿真和分析表明,转向架悬挂参数制定合理,各项动力学性能指标均可达到优级。
Based on the development and application of passenger car bogies in China,this paper analyzed the characteristics and shortcomings of the bogies of the existing technology platform.In addition,in order to enhance and improve the comprehensive service performance indexes of vehicles,the research on the key technologies of the bogies,such as bearings,wheels,axles and suspensions,for the speed level of 200 km/h was conducted.Based on the reference of the"CRH"and"Fuxing"EMU bogies,trailer bogies for new 200km/h power centralized EMU were designed,and a strength simulation analysis of key stressed components,an evaluation of weld stress value and a verification of static strength and fatigue strength on test bench were made,which proved that the strength of bogies meets UIC,EN and TB standards.According to the multi-body dynamics modeling,simulation and analysis,the suspension parameters of the bogies are reasonable and all dynamic performance indexes can reach the superior level.
