摘要
本文从滚动轴承失效形式出发，对现有的轴承诊断技术进行了综述；通过分析滚动轴承的振动特征，研究各种诊断原理；对港口开展轴承状态监测和故障诊断实践中所取得的经济效益予以介绍；最后提出了今后港口推广和开展滚动轴承状态监测的几点设想。
Starting from thc forms of the rolling bearings' losingefficacy,this paper explores and summarizes the present bearing diagnostictechniques.Variotis diagnostic principles arc studied by means of analysingthe vibration characteristics of the rolling bearing,Moreover, he economicresults of developing bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis arestudied,Finally,some proposals are put forward regarding the populariza-tion of condition monitoring for rolling bearings in harbour machinery.
