摘要
以列车轴箱轴承为研究对象,在给定的使用工况下推导出其所承受的径向载荷,针对不同等级轮轴转速,利用Newton-Rampson法求解出轴承内部的载荷分布规律,并根据Hertz接触理论给出了内、外滚道接触应力的理论解,讨论了转速变化对接触应力的影响,最后利用ABAQUS-explicit对简化轴承模型的动力学特性进行了求解,相关结果与实际工况基本吻合。
Focusing on the train axle box bearings,the formulas are derived for calculating radial load of the bearings under the given working condition.The internal load distribution of the bearings is calculated under different grades of rotating speed of axle by using Newton-Rampson Algorithm.The theoretical solution for contact pressure of the inner and outer raceway is given based on Hertz contact theory.The effect of the rotating speed on the contact pressure is dis-cussed.Finally,the dynamic characteristics of the simplified model of the bearings are solved by using ABAQUS-ex-plicit.The relevant result is basically consistent with the actual use condition.
