摘要
为了解食品添加剂的使用情况,预防因食品添加剂的不合理使用而带来的食品安全事故,为今后的卫生监督管理工作提供科学依据。作者对2002年以来文献报道以及国家食品安全网上公布的食品质量监督抽查结果进行分析,结果存在超范围、超限量使用防腐剂、甜味剂、着色剂、发色剂、面粉处理剂和漂白剂等食品添加剂的现象。提示我们要加强对食品添加剂的安全管理,针对食品添加剂使用中的问题和产生的原因,除了严格执法外,也要给予正确引导,使企业提高经营管理水平,消费者提高鉴别水平。
To find out the use of food additives and to prevent the accident caused by unreasonable use of food additives, and to provide scientific information for further health excessive supervision, we analyze the resalts published in the literature and net since 2002 and find that there exists excessive use of food additives, such as preservative, sweetening agent, colorant, flour treatment agent and bleaching agent. It suggests that we shoald enhance the safety control and enforce the law for food additives, and we also should give correct guidance to enterprises to improve the management level.
