摘要
本文从我国人力资源开发利用中存在的问题入手 ,分析了政府在提升我国整体人力资源开发利用水平方面所应该承担的角色 ,并从政府的角度提出了相应的对策。
Forcusing on some unsuitable phenomena in human resource development and utilization, this paper makes an analysis of the government's role as a whole in our country. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures from the angle of the government.
