摘要
本文在介绍有关战略性人力资源管理基本理论的基础上,探讨了中国企业由传统人力资源向战略性人力资源管理发展中的几个主要问题,着重实证分析了中国企业人力资源管理的基本实践分类和企业人力资源管理与组织绩效之间的关系。最后对实证研究的结果进行了讨论,并提出了相应的建议。
This paper focuses on a topic in rapid development-strategic human resource management (SHRM). Based on systematic introduction of the major theories underlying this topic, we empirically analyzed the relationship between typical human resource management practices and firm performance in China, followed by a discussion on some important issues related to the development of strategic human resource management in Chinese enterprises. We further provided some constructive suggestions.
