摘要
本文提出一种企业人才激励影响因素及其强度分析方法,包括企业人才激励因素影响状况与激励效度调查问卷、基于调查问卷的激励影响模型和影响强度计算方法。
Based on motivation thoery and the Man power situation of Chinese enterprises,a questionaire for investigation is designed and a method of evaluating the influence strengths of the motivation factors based on a motivation influence model is proposed in this paper.The method is used for a motivation influence analysis of man power in an enterprise in Shenyang.
