摘要
0 引言随着素质教育的全面推进,大学生的心理健康问题已成为高校教育关注的一个焦点,但目前我国在校大学生心理健康状况仍不乐观. 为此,我们从其体质与心理健康的内在关系等不同角度进行研究,以寻求改善和提高大学生心理健康的措施,为充分发挥学校体育教学的特殊功能,不断为促进在校学生的身心健康水平提供参考依据.
Intrinsic relationships between physique and psychological health to improve the health criteria of college students were studies. By psychological and psychical function testing, the differences between psychological health and related norms are evaluated among students with different physique. The testing indicates that subjects' physique is evaluated below 250 scores, the individual score of psychological health is 21.3 ( P >0.05); 250~300, 21.6 ( P >0.05); 305~360, 22.9( P <0.05); 365~415, 23.5 ( P <0.01) and above 420, 24.2 ( P <0.01). The final conclusion is reached that college students with different physique have different state of health and students with stronger physique have relatively higher psychological health while those with weaker physique have relatively lower psychological health.
