摘要
目的:了解军校学员在不同时期的心理健康水平,以加强教育管理和培养合格的人才。方法:对该校96年级全体本科学员,于1996年,1997年,1998年各用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行一次调查。结果:入学不久的调查除躯体化症状外,其它各项指标均优于随后两次调查。其中以1997年调查筛检出阳性项目症状人数最多,以强迫症状、人际关系紧张、敌对情绪、忧郁和偏执等因子阳性者最为突出。结果:军校大学生入学后,由于军校生活中的各种压力,在第一学年末,筛检出多种阳性心理症状。随后由于队干部的教育及自我调整,学员的心理健康状况得以好转。提示教育管理工作者通过了解学生的心理健康状况,并适时地对他们进行教育,有利于学员的健康成长。
Objective: To evaluate the mental health status of military students in different periods for enhancing education and management, and training qualified military surgeons. Methods: The Symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) was used to investigate all Grade-96 students in 1996,1997 and 1998. Results: Shortly after enrollment, all indexes except somatic symptoms were lower than those in the following two investigations. Students with positive symptoms were found most in 1997 and the most prominent symptoms were obsession-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, depression and paranoid ideation. Conclusion: After enrollment, military students must face up the competition and pressure of study, which resulted in appearance of many positive symptoms at the end of the first training year. But after being educated by their team leader and adjusted by themselves,the status turned to be good.It suggested that educators could educate students timely by monitoring their mental health stah is beneficial to their healthy growth.
