布鲁氏菌组分抗原E化学实质的研究

摘要 从羊种布鲁氏菌16M中提出的化学组分抗原E包含了菌细胞中大分子蛋白、核酸、完整的菌壁多糖及脂多糖,通过化学处理及修饰提取方法可不同程度使脂多糖丢失。结合动物试验结果,揭示出脂多糖与E抗原免疫原性的内在关系。 Antigen E exstracted by chemical fractional method is composed of a kind of very complex molecules including the proteins in large molecular weight,nucleic acid,polysaccharides and lipopolysaccharides in B. melitensis 16M.It can be found that the loss of the molecules of LPS in Mw 18-81 kD occured obviously in the products of the antigen E treated by periodic acid or using the modifying extracting method.Combining of the results of the tests in animals,the fact was revealed:The immunological protection of the antigen E in animals was decreased remarkably while the molecules of LPS in 18-81 kD of the antigen E was lost.
