摘要
利用乙醇提取黑豆皮中的黄酮 ,研究不同含量的黄酮提取液对超氧阴离子自由基 (O2 ·)和羟自由基 (·OH)的清除效果。结果表明黑豆皮醇提物对 (O2 ·)和 (·OH)有较明显的清除效果 。
Flavone in the peel of dark soybean seeds were extracted with ethanol. The extract showed a high anti-oxidation activity and a significant positive correlation was found to be present between superoxide (O 2 · ) and hydroxyl (·OH) scavenging rate of the extracts and flavone content in them.
