摘要
本文论述了以高粱壳为原料,用酸性乙醇溶液提取天然高梁红色素,并对其工艺条件、产品性质进行了研究。
A prepartion method of natural sorghum pigment is studed. Its raw material is sorghum shell and is extrated by acid ethanol solution. The technological conditions and properties of product are discussed in detail.
