摘要
以活性炭负载La_2(SO_4)_3为催化剂合成了顺丁烯二酸二丁酯,在醇/酐摩尔比2.5:1,反应温度115~120℃,反应时间2.0 h,催化剂用量3.0 g(顺丁烯二酸酐0.2mol)条件下,酯收率达97.2%。催化剂经处理再生可循环使用多次,且不污染环境,其优点明显。
Dibutyl maleate was synthesized by using La2( SO4)3/C as catalyst under the optimum conditions as follows: the molar ratio of n - butanol to maleic anhydride 2.5, reaction temperature 115 - 120℃, reaction time 2.0 h, mass of catalyst 3 . 0 g ( based on 0. 2 mole maleic anhydride) . The yield of dibutyl maleate was about 97.2 % . The catalyst could be repeatedly used for several times and has no pollution to environment. It had obvious advantages.
