摘要
采用自制的树脂负载AlCl_3的固体超强酸催化剂,在间歇反应釜内,对顺酐与正丁醇的酯化反应进行研究,考察了催化剂用量,反应温度,醇酐摩尔比等工艺条件对顺丁烯二酸二丁酯收率的影响。并研究了该反应的动力学方程。
The esterification reaction of maleic anhydride with n-butyl alcohol on the solid superacid catalyst of AlCl_3 supported resin in a intermittent reactor was studied experimentally. The influence of the content of catalyst, reaction temperature, molar ratio of raw materials etc, on yield of DBM were inverstigated, and the kinetic equation for this reaction was derived.
