摘要 研究了采用固体酸SnCl4·5H2 OC为催化剂,甘油和冰醋酸反应合成甘油三醋酸酯的最佳工艺条件,结果表明,当n(甘油)∶n(冰醋酸) = 1∶4,催化剂的用量为1-5gmol 甘油,甲苯用量为25mL,反应时间5h 时,酯的产率可达96% 以上。该工艺产率高,工艺简,反应时间短,无腐蚀,无污染。 The optimun technological conditions were studied on the synthesis of glycerol triacetate by the reaction of glacial acetic acid and glycerol with SnCl 4·5H 2O/C as catalyst.The results showed that the yield was over 96% when glycerol:glacial acetic acid=1∶4(molar ratio),the amount of catalyst was 1.5g/mol of glycerol,the amount of toluene was 25mL,and the reaction time was 5h.This process has many advantages such as higher yield,simple procedure,shorter reaction period,non corrosive,non pollution,etc.
