摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和正丁醇为原料 ,采用磷钨酸作催化剂合成顺丁烯二酸二正丁酯。考察了影响反应的因素 ,实验结果表明酯化反应的最佳条件 :顺丁烯二酸酐、正丁醇、磷钨酸的摩尔比为 1:3:0 0 0 0 2 4 ,反应时间 4 5min。产率可达 96 .0 5 %。
Di-n-butul maleate was synthesized with cis-2-butendioic anhydride and 1-butanol as raw materils and phsphotungstic acid pure as the catalyst.The factors of influencing reaction were investigated.Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions of esterification reaction are the molar ratio of cis-2-butendioic anhydride 1-butanol and phsphotungstic acid pure 1:3:0.00024,the reaction time 45min,and the yield up to 96.05%.
