摘要
以La2 (SO4 ) 3/C为催化剂合成了乙酸正丁酯 ,在醇酸摩尔比 1∶2 5 (正丁醇用量0 5mol) ,反应温度 110~ 115℃ ,反应时间 2 0h ,催化剂用量 2 5g条件下 ,酯收率达 97 5 %。催化剂经处理再生后可循环使用多次 ,且不污染环境 ,其优点明显。
n-Butylacetate was synthesized by using La 2(SO 4) 3/C as a catalyst under the optimum conditions as follows: the molar ratio of n-butanol to acid 1∶2 5(based on 0 5 mole n-butanol),reaction temperature 110~ 115 ℃ ,reaction time 2 0 h , mass of catalyst 2 5 g . The yield of n-butylacetate was about 97 5%. The catalyst can be used for several times , and has no pollution to environment. It has obvious advantages.
