摘要
介绍了IR2110驱动芯片的特点,对驱动电路作了部分改进,通过选取合理的参数。加上脉宽限制和电平箱位电路,使其应用于驱动大中功率IGBT模块。实验证明了该电路的可行性。
This paper introduces the charcateristics of IR2110. High power IGBT modules can be drived by IR2110 through using reasonable designed circuit parameters and adding pulse width constraint and voltage clamp circuits. The experiment shows feasibility of this circuit.
