摘要
介绍了IR2110驱动芯片的特点,对IGBT驱动电路的抗干扰技术作了具体分析,提出了几种有效的抗干扰方法,如栅极电平箝位、关断时负压等。
The characteristies of IR21 10 are introduced. The anti-interference techniques of gale-drive circuit for IGBT are analyzed. Sonic methods for anti-interference such as gate voltage clamp, negative bias voltage are proposed. The experiments verified the effectiveness of those circuits.
