摘要
基于H型双极模式PWM控制原理,设计了一种直流微电机正反转调速功率放大电路。采用IR2110作为该功率放大电路的驱动模块,构成的整个驱动电路具有结构简单、驱动能力强、功耗低的特点。通过TMS320FL2407ADSP芯片产生驱动电路所需要的双PWM信号。同时,DSP芯片采集和处理电机电枢电流及转速信号,实现直流电机的反馈控制。DSP芯片又通过串口和PC机建立通信,最终实现通过PC机发布指令控制直流电机的运动。
A power amplification of H-bridge bipolar PWM control is designed for controlling DC micro-motor of positive rotation, reverse rotation and speed regulation, The entire drive circuit has characteristics of sample construction, powerful drive energy and low consumed power by using IR2110 as the drive modular. The DSP (TMS320FL2407A) generates the dual pulse width modulated (PWM) signal which the drive circuit needs as input. In addition, the DSP implements the closed-loop control of DC motor by acquiring the rotational speed of motor and the current of armature, The DSP communicates with PC by serial port, thus, the PC can send control commands to operate the motion of DC motor,
