摘要
利用 SDS- PAGE研究了 8个抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种在大田自然水分胁迫和供水处理下小麦旗叶和籽粒可溶性蛋白质的动态变化情况及其与品种抗旱性的关系。结果表明 :(1)在干旱诱导条件下 ,同一品种冬小麦可溶性蛋白种类在不同生育时期有较大变化 ,分子量呈现以 76 .5 k D蛋白带为中心先升后降的趋势 ,品种间的变化类似 ,各品种不同时期可溶性蛋白在 70~ 80 k D附近波动 ;籽粒中可溶性蛋白变化不同 ,开花后 14 d时为 6 0~ 70 k D,开花后 2 1d8个品种处理与对照各差异蛋白质带消失。(2 )在拔节期抗旱品种和抗旱高产品种中 76 .5 k D和 6 8.7k D2条带显著增强 ,不抗旱品种只有 6 8.7k
Eight kinds of winter wheat cultivars of different drought resistance ability are selected and the relationship between the change of protein metabolism of winter wheat flag leaves and seeds and drought resistance ability is studied. The result shows that: 1) Under the condition of drought the kinds of soluble proteins of winter wheat are different at various developing stages. The molecule weight has a trend of rising at first and then falling with 76.5 kD protein band as the center. Drought induced proteins of different varieties in different growingstages are changed in the range of 70~80 kD. But it is different in seeds. The changes among the selected cultivars at 14 d after flowering are in the range of 60~70 kD and the difference disappears at 21 d after flowing. 2) In jointing stage, two protein bands of 76.5 and 68.7 kD are enhanced dramatically in drought resistant cultivers and drought resistant and high yield cultivars, and there is only one protein band enhanced obviously in 68.7 kD in the cultivars that are sensitive to drought. So the jointing stage can be used for the selection and breeding o dry land wheat cultivars.
