摘要
用SDS-pAGE方法分析了4种感枯萎病棉花及其抗病后代的种子蛋白。棉花种子蛋白主要有分子量约为14KD、16KD、23KD、27KD、30KD、34KD、41KD、46KD的8种组分。抗病类型及其相关的敏感品种间,种子蛋白组分差异甚微,但蛋白组分量有较大差别.其中抗病类型的α-和β-,尤其是β-组分显著高于敏感品种.α-及β-组分不含二硫键,它们含量的增加可能与棉花抗枯萎病有关。
Seed proteins of 4 fusarium wilt sensitive cotton and their related tolerant mate- rials were analyzed via SDS- PAGE。The result showed that cotton seed contained 8 pri-mary protein Components,with MW from 14kd to 46kd.There were little difference be- tween sensitive and tolerant cotton in seed protein components,but the difference in pro- tein contents were significant.The contents of αand β protein in seed of tolerant cotton,especially ofβ protein,were obviously higher than those in sensitive cottonα and β pro-tein were unisubunit non-disulfide-bond protein,the increase of the content in β proteinmay be related to cotton fusarium wilt resistance。
