摘要
从渗透调节物质、清除活性氧、保护生物大分子及其膜结构的蛋白质、转录因子及其他酶类的基因工程等方面 ,综述了目前用于植物抗旱基因工程的研究进展及存在的一些问题。
This paper reviewed the advances of gene-engineering on plant drought-resistance from osmo-regulation, scavenging oxidative radicals, macromolecules and membrane structure protein, transcription factors, and other enzyme gene engineering.
