摘要
干旱胁迫下冬小麦幼苗根冠比的动态变化能反映小麦品种抗旱性的强弱。干旱胁迫下,小麦幼苗的根冠比值随水分亏缺程度的加剧而增加,不同品种的小麦根冠比变化不同,持续干旱胁迫根冠比值()越大、动态变异系数(CV_A)越小,同时处理与对照差值()越小和差值的动态变异系数(CV_(A-B))越小的品种抗旱性就越强。
Our studies on drought-Stress of winter wheat seedlings showed that the root/shootratio increased as water deficit was agravated,but different varieties responded diversely todrought-stress A drought-resistant curltiva showed a high value()and low variability(CVA)of root/shoot ratio,as well as low different(||)between drought-treated andcontrol plants and low variability (CV(A-B))of the difference in view of the result,the variationof root/shoot ratio of the winter wheat seedling under drought-stress indicated the resistivity ofa variety.
