摘要 目的:探讨正反馈闭环管理系统(PFS)在跨专业(医护)急救团队情景模拟培训中的应用及效果。方法:将实训中心200名医护人员随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在培训过程中采用正反馈闭环管理系统理论培训,对照组采用传统教学法。结果:观察组急救团队演练满意率及考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正反馈闭环管理理论在跨专业急救团队情景模拟培训中效果显著,可持续提高教学质量,提高团队抢救的科学性、有效性及学员满意度。 Objective: To explore the application and effect of positive feedback closed-loop management system(PFS) in the simulation training of the first aid team. Methods: 200 doctors and nurses of the training center were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experiment group adopted the positive feedback management system theory in the training process, the control group used the traditional method. Results: The exam results and satisfaction scores in experimental group were all higher than that of control group( P<0.05). Conclusion: The positive feedback closed-loop management theory has a significant effect on the training of the scene simulation of the emergency team. It can improve the teaching quality, and improve the scientific nature, effectiveness and the satisfaction of the students.
