摘要
总结我院以信息化为载体的护理安全风险评估预警系统在临床中的应用体会。基于医院信息系统平台上构建的护理安全风险评估预警系统通过电子病历系统和电子医嘱系统对病人存在的护理安全风险进行评估、识别、分析并进行预警,可以避免或降低护理不良事件的发生,保障患者的安全,同时也提升了医院的管理水平。
The aim of this article was to summarize the clinical practice of applying early warning assessment system in nursing security based on informatization in our hospital. Through the electronic medical record system and electronic prescription system, the early risk assessment warning system in nursing security based on hospital information system could assess, identify, analyze the security risk in clinical nursing, and supply early warning. It not only could avoid or reduce the nursing adverse events and protect patient safety, but also could enhance the hospital＇s management.
