摘要
目的:探究高血压患者服药依从性情况及影响因素。方法:本研究采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法进行抽样,对山东省6市(县、区)3911名高血压患者利用问卷进行调查,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行分析。结果:本次调查的高血压患者服药依从率为52%,多因素回归分析结果表明影响服药依从性的主要因素为:性别、文化程度、患病年限、血压测量频率、是否接受健康教育(P<0.05)。结论:本次调查对象的服药依从性较好,但仍不理想。需加强对患者的健康宣教以及养成定期测量血压的习惯。
Objective To explore the condition and influence factors of compliance of patients with antihypertensive therapy （CPAT） in Shandong province. Methods Sample was chosen by stratified cluster randomly sampling method and a total of 3911 hy- pertensive patients in 6 cities （ counties, districts） of Shandong Province were surveyed. Data was collected by self - made ques- tionnaire , and statistically analyzed with software of SPSS20. 0. Results The rate of taking antihypertensive medicines was 52.0%, Multivariate regression analysis showed that the influence factors of compliance of patients with antihypertensive therapy were sex, education degree, course of hypertension, frequency of measuring blood pressure, receiving health education （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The subject of medication adherence is good but the result is still unsatisfactory, and need to be reinforced health education and get into the habit of measuring blood pressure regularly.
