摘要
目的了解西安城区老年高血压患者的服药依从性及其影响因素,为制定有效的健康教育措施提供理论依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法,对在社区居住的247例老年高血压患者进行调查和访谈,使用Morisky问卷调查其服药依从情况。结果西安市城区老年高血压患者的服药依从率为42.1%。服药依从性最差的条目是忘记服药,患病年限是影响老年高血压患者服药依从性的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者的服药依从性较差,患病年限是主要的影响因素。医院、社区、患者及其家属均应给予重视,制定有针对性的、合理的健康教育措施,以提高老年高血压患者尤其是患病时间长的患者服药依从性,使患者获得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the medication compliance and its influencing factors of elderly patients with hypertension in Xi＇an, and to provide evidence for health education. Methods By stratified cluster random sampling, 247 elderly patients with hypertension in the communities were interviewed with the Morisky questionnaire. Results The medication compliance rate of elderly patients with hypertension was 42.1%. Forgetting to take medicine was the major reason responsible for low medication compliance rate. The main factor influencing medication compliance was the course of disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension was poor, and course of disease is its main influential factor. Great importance should be attached by hospitals, communities, patients and their families. A pertinence and reasonable health education need to be drafted, so as to improve the medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension.
