太子参茎叶多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:20

Effects of Radix pseudostellariae Stem and Leaf Polysaccharide on Immune Function of Immunosuppressed Mice

摘要 本试验旨在研究太子参茎叶多糖(RPSLP)对环磷酰胺(CY)所致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。将100只小鼠随机分组,腹腔注射CY复制免疫抑制小鼠模型,模型小鼠经RPSLP灌胃后,制备脾淋巴细胞悬液,测定脾淋巴细胞的增殖;收集血清,检测相关免疫指标。结果显示,与CY模型组相比,RPSLP小鼠脾脏指数极显著降低(P<0.01),胸腺指数、吞噬指数α、脾细胞增殖指数SI、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)、补体(C3、C4)和细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ)含量均不同程度升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。以上结果提示RPSLP能够提高CY所致免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。 This study was designed to elucidate the immuno-enhancement effects of Radix pseudostellariae stem and leaf polysaccharide (RPSLP) in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyelophosphamide (CY) treatment. 100 mice were ran- domly divided, the immunosuppressed mice were given CY via intraperitoneal injection. Then the ratio of splenoeytespro- liferation in immunosuppressed mice was assayed and the immunological indexes in serum of mice were detected. The re- sults showed that compared with CY model group, the spleen index in RPSLP group of mice was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. O1 ) ; the thymus index, phagocytic index, splenocyte proliferation, immunoglobulin ( IgA, IgG, IgM ), complement ( Cs, C4 ) and cytokines ( IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-~) content were significantly increased in different degree ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. O1 ). In conclusion, RPSLP enhanced the immune function of immunosuppressed mice induced by CY treatment.
