摘要
研究比较了sevag法和TCA(三氯乙酸)法对猴头多糖脱蛋白的效果,结果显示TCA法对猴头多糖脱蛋白的效果较好,且多糖损失较少.TCA法脱蛋白后多糖的相对分子质量略有降低,但变化程度很小.
The effect of two methods （sevag method and TCA method） to remove protein from hericium erinaceus polysaccharides was compared. The results showed that the TCA method was more effective to remove protein from hericium erinaceus polysaccharides and the polysaccharides loss was less. The molecular weight of hericium erinaceus polysaccharides in which the proteins were removed with TCA method was decreased slightly, the change was unapparent.
