不同采收时间、不同入药部位太子参有效药用成分含量的比较 被引量:17

A comparison of effective medicinal ingredients content of Pseudostellaria heterophlla in different harvest times and medicinal parts

摘要 不同采收时间,同一基地、同一品种太子参不同部位的多糖、总皂苷和环肽B含量的变化趋势一致,且差异较显著,但其块根中各含量的积累均呈现出6月下旬和4月下旬较高的规律性变化。其中,块根中环肽B含量的变化趋势为:6月>4月>5月>3月;而多糖和总皂苷含量的变化趋势则为:6月>4月>3月>5月。茎叶中多糖和环肽B的含量在采收期(6月下旬)均最低,具体表现为:5月27日>5月11日>4月21日>3月24日>6月26日;总皂苷的含量则随着月份的推移而降低,3月24日的采收的茎叶总皂苷平均含量最大,约为0.78%,6月26日最小,仅为3月24日的34.6%。茎叶各有效成分含量所占的比重不小,其皂苷含量明显大于块根的含量。 Different har vest time, the same base and species in different parts of Pseudostellaria heterophlla polysaccharides, total saponins and Pseudostellarin B content changed by the same trend, and there were significant differences between the same base. Among them, the changed trend of Pseudostellarin B content of heterophlla root was: June 〉 April 〉 may 〉 March; and the content of polysaccharides and total saponins changed along with the same trend: June 〉 April 〉 march 〉 may.The polysaccharide and Pseudostellarin B content of stem and leaf in the harvest time (late June) were the lowest, concrete embodied : May 27th 〉 May list 〉 April 21st〉March 24th〉 June 26th; The total saponins content reduced over months, the average content on March 24th was about 0.75%, and total saponins content harvested on June 26th was minimum, only 34.6% of that on March 24th.The proportion of effective medicinal ingredients content of heterophlla stem and leaf were not small,and the total saponins content was significantlly greater than roots.
