芪竹汤对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和巨噬细胞吞噬作用的影响

摘要 目的:探讨芪竹汤对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响。方法:将黄芪、穿心莲、玉竹、香附以干重4∶3∶3∶3的比例水煎并浓缩得到芪竹汤药液。不同浓度的芪竹汤在Con A和LPS刺激下与小鼠脾淋巴细胞作用,采用CCK-8法检测各处理组的OD值;不同浓度的芪竹汤与小鼠巨噬细胞共同孵育,采用中性红染色法检测巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结果:5 ng/mL、1 ng/mL、0.2 ng/mL的芪竹汤对小鼠脾T淋巴细胞的增殖有极显著促进作用(P<0.01);5 ng/mL、0.2 ng/mL的芪竹汤对B淋巴细胞的增殖有显著促进作用(P<0.05);5 ng/mL、1 ng/mL的芪竹汤对小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能也有正向调节作用(P<0.05)。结论:芪竹汤可以促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。 To study the effects of Qizhu Decoction on proliferation ability of splenic lymphocytes and macrophage phagocytosis in mice. Methods: According to the dry weight of 4 ∶3 ∶3 ∶3 ratio to take Radix Astragali,Herba Andrographitis,Radix Polygonati Odorati and Andrographis paniculata. Decoct with water and concentrate to get Qizhu Tang liquid. Mice splenic lymphocytes were treated with different concentrations of Qizhu Decoction. The OD value of each treatment group was detected by CCK-8 method under the stimulation of Con A and LPS. Different concentrations of Qizhu Decoction were incubated with mouse macrophages, and macrophage phagocytosis was detected by neutral red staining. Results: The concentration of 5 ng/mL,1 ng/mL,0.2 ng/mL of Qizhu Decoction present a significant effect on T-lymphocytes transformation(P 〈0.01). The concentration of 5 ng/mL, 0.2 ng/mL of Qizhu Decoction could significantly promote B-lymphocytes transformation(P〈0.05). The concentration of 5 ng/mL,1 ng/mL of Qizhu Decoction present a positive effect on macrophage phagocytosis(P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Qizhu Decoction can promote the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocytes and phagocytosis of macrophages.
