摘要
目的:更好的开发利用太子参中的多糖。方法:对太子参中多糖的超声提取工艺进行了研究,对料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数分别进行了单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验。结果:最佳工艺为料液比1∶20,温度60℃,超声提取40分钟,提取3次。结论:这种方法操作简便、提取迅速、并能获得高含量的多糖成分。
Objective:In order to develop and use the polysaccharide in radix pseudosteHariae well, Methods:The technology of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide in radix pseudosteHariae was studied,and the orthogonal test and single factor test were respectively performed on the solid-liquid ratio,temperature,and period and times of the extraction. Results:The best technology was 1:20 in solid-liquid ratio,temperature 60 ℃,period 4 min,extracting 3 times. Conclusion:This method is easy to operate,rapid to extract,and able to obtain the high content of polysaccharide.
