锌和维生素E对糖尿病大鼠体内氧化和非酶糖化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察锌 (Zn)和 /或维生素E(VE)对链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导的糖尿病 (DM)大鼠体内氧化和非酶糖化作用的影响。方法 给DM大鼠补充Zn和 /或VE ,6周后测定其全血血糖水平、胰岛素活性、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量、糖化血红蛋白 (GHb)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性。结果 与DM对照组大鼠相比 ,补充Zn和 /或VE组大鼠血糖水平显著降低 ,胰岛素活性升高 ,MDA和GHb水平显著降低 ,SOD和GSH -Px活性升高。以Zn和VE联合补充变化最明显。结论 Zn和VE可明显减少DM大鼠体内氧化和非酶糖化的发生 ,增强抗氧化能力 。 Objective To investigate the effect of zinc and vitamin E on oxidation and nonenzymatic glycation in diabetic rats induced by STZ.Methods Diabetic rats were supplemented with Zn and/or VE.Six weeks later,blood glucose,serum insulin activity,serum MDA content,GHb level and SOD,GSH-Px activity were determined.Results Compared with DM control group,blood glucose,MDA and GHb levels decreased and serum insulin ,SOD,GSH-Px activity increased in Zn and/or VE supplemented group.Joint supplementation of Zn and VE had apparent effect.Conclusion Zn and VE could effectively inhibit the oxidation and nonenzymatic glycation as well as enhance the antioxidation capacity in diabetic rats,exerted favourable effects against the occurrence and development of chronic complications in diabetic mellitus.
