摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病性视网膜病变的有效治疗方法。方法 :糖尿病性视网膜病变患者 92例 13 5眼 ,其中中药组 2 5例 5 0眼 ,内服益气养阴、补肾明目、活血化瘀之中药 ;激光组 3 1例 3 7眼应用激光治疗方法 ;中药联合激光组 3 6例48眼 ,应用激光 ,同时配合内服益气养阴、补肾明目、活血化瘀之中药。观察三组治疗前后视力、眼底的变化。结果 :中药联合激光组视力提高优于中药组、激光组 ;眼底出血、水肿、渗出吸收时间缩短 ;新生血管退缩较完全。结论 :中药联合激光组对糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效最好 ;单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效优于增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变 ;在新生血管治疗方面 ,激光组和中药联合激光组疗效明显优于中药组。
Objective:To approach an effective therapy for diabetic retinopathy.Methods:Data of 92 cases(135 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into 3 groups.25 cases(50 eyes)took traditional Chinese medicine according to the syndrome differentiation,and 31 cases(37 eyes)were treated with photocoagulation.36 cases(48 eyes)were treated with photocoagulation combine with Chinese herbs.The changes of visual acuity and fundus were investigated before and after treatment.Results:The patients treated with photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine had much better results on the improvement of visual acuity,rapid dismissal of renalhemorrhage,edema,exudation and neovascularization than that in the other two ways.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined photocoagulation is the best therapy of three ways.The effect of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)is better proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).The therapy for neovascularization,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
