摘要
在链脲佐菌素所致(70mg/kg,单剂量腹腔注射)糖尿病大鼠模型中,观察了卡托普利(0.1%卡托普利饮水给药,4周)对糖尿病大鼠主动脉胶原非酶糖化的影响。结果表明,糖尿病大鼠主动脉胶原和胶原AGE含量升高,和正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。卡托普利治疗组主动脉胶原和胶原AGE含量降低,和未治疗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。同时还观察到卡托普利治疗能升高糖尿病大鼠血浆游离胰岛素水平(P<0.05),但对血糖却无明显影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,卡托普利能减轻糖尿病大鼠血管胶原蛋白非酶糖化损伤,其作用途径可能不依赖于血糖浓度的降低。
The effect of captopril(0.1%in drinking water for 4 weeks)on the aortic collagen nonenzymatic glycosylation was studied in the streptozotocin-induced(70mg/kg,i.p,single dose)diabetic rats.The results showed that the aortic collagen and its AGE concentration were significantly increased in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats as compared with normal control group(P<0.01),but were significantly decreased in captopril-treated rats as compared with untreated group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The concentration of serum free insulin increased in the captopril-treated rats(P<0.05),but the concentration of serum glucose did not change(P>0.05),The results suggest that captopril can prevent the vascular collagen nonenzymatic glycosylation in diabetic rats.This effect of captopril may not depend on the decreasing of serum glucose level.
