枸杞叶(芽)茶降血糖作用小鼠实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 探讨枸杞叶茶、枸杞芽茶水煎剂对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用.采用的方法为制备四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型后,将其分为6组,即枸杞叶茶低剂量组、枸杞叶茶高剂量组,枸杞芽茶低剂量组、枸杞芽茶高剂量组,盐酸二甲双胍组及对照组.灌胃21d后,测定各组小鼠空腹血糖并进行比较.结果表明,枸杞叶茶低剂量组、枸杞芽茶低剂量组和盐酸二甲双胍组的降血糖作用相当,与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05).通过实验可以得出:一定剂量的宁夏枸杞叶茶、枸杞芽茶水煎剂对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠具有明显的降血糖作用. This study is designed to investigate whether the bud and leaf decoction of Lyciurn barbarum are effective in reducing mouse blood glucose or not. Alloxan induced diabetes mellitus model mice were divided into following 6 groups, including the saline (blank control) group, the metformin hydroehloride group , leaf groups (low dose and high dose) and bud groups (low dose and high dose). Mice were administered respective medicines through gavage daily. After 21 days consecutive treatment, the fasting blood glucose level of each mouse in all groups was measured and compared to each other. The results showed that the blood glucose reducing effect of the low dose Lycium barbarurn of bud as well as leaf tea are similar to that of the metformin hydrochloride group (P〈0.05). The low dosages of both bud and leaf decoction of Lycium barbarum have significant effect in reducing blood glucose of alloxan induced diabetic mice.
