摘要
随着各种新产业新业态的出现和发展,更多新的高度灵活性的新就业形态也越来越丰富,但是,在本就存在灵活性与安全性两难选择的就业取向中,劳动者权益保障的形势也愈加复杂,呈现出新的特点,对政府作为和市场机制保障劳动者权益提出了新的要求。
With the emergence and the development of new industries,there are more and more new flexible employments. In the dilemma of flexibility and security,protection of the employee ＇s rights become more complex with new features. There is new requirement for the government and market mechanism to protect the rights and interests of workers.
