摘要
全球化背景下国际间的合作与交流成为日常,"全球胜任力"即将作为评价学生发展的一项重要指标。与此同时,作为培养学生的重要主体教师的"全球胜任力"教学水平也亟需提升。美国首个针对基础教育教师的"全球胜任力"证书项目也应运而生,对其在线课程体系的学习目标、课程框架和具体课程内容进行解构,凝练该课程体系的特点与优势,可以为我国"全球胜任力"教育提供借鉴。
The international cooperation and exchanges in the context of globalization become daily routine. "global competence" will soon be an important indicator of the development of students. At the same time, as an important subject of training students, teachers' "global competence" teaching level also needs to upgrade. American first "global competence certificate" project for basic education teachers came into being in this context. Deconstruct the learning objectives, curriculum framework and specific course content of the online course system, concise out many features and advantages of the project, can provide reference for China "global competence" education
