摘要
全球胜任力认证(GCC)课程是美国首个在线的、研究生层次的教师教育全球胜任力认证课程。该课程以提升教师的全球胜任力、发展教师培育学生全球胜任力的能力、构建全球胜任力教育的教师学习共同体为主要目标,以线上学习、线下实习、专题研讨为实施路径。多主体协同开展课程建设、充分发挥课程平台功能、密切联系理论和实践等课程实施经验,可为我国全球胜任力教师教育的发展提供一定的参考。
As the first online graduate-level global competence certificate curriculum for teachers in the United States,the Global Competence Certificate(GCC)curriculum is aimed at promoting teachers,global competence,developing their ability to cultivate students’global competence and constructing a teacherlearning community about global competence education,with online learning,offline fieldwork and seminar as its implementation paths.Such implementation experience as multi-participators collaboratively carrying out the curriculum construction,bringing the curriculum platform's function into full play,closely combining theory with practice,etc.may provide some references for the development of teachers,global competence education in China.
