摘要
胃癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。在我国发病率和病死率均较高,目前手术治疗、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗是主要的治疗方式。随着现代医学技术的发展,中医药在胃癌治疗中发挥的作用越来越受重视,尤其在防治胃癌术后并发症、联合化疗、防止胃癌复发和转移等方面起提高患者生存质量,延长生存期的作用。现将近年来中医药在防治胃癌术后并发症、联合化疗、防止胃癌复发和转移三个方面对胃癌术后联合中医药治疗的进展情况进行综述,为建立中医药在胃癌术后的治疗提供思路。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive tract.The morbidity and mortality are both high in China.At present,surgical treatment,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and targeted therapy are the main treatment approaches.With the development of modem medical technology,attentions have been paid to the effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer.Especially in terms of the prevention and treatment of postoperative compli- cations of gastric cancer,combined chemotherapy,prevention of recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer and other aspects,Chinese medicine plays a role of improving the quality of life of patients and extending survival.This article re- views the progress of combined Chinese medicine in postoperative gastric cancer in recent years in terms of the preven- tion and treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer,combined chemotherapy and prevention of recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer, so as to provide thoughts and ideas for the establishment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer.
