摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术,探讨朱寿兴教授治疗胃癌的用药规律。方法:收集、整理朱寿兴教授治疗胃癌病例320例,采用Epidata 3.0软件将数据录入,运用频数分析的数据挖掘方法进行统计分析。结果:对纳入的1 486个处方进行分析,涉及132味中药,平均每次就诊使用26味中药。提取主要临床表现和核心用药规律,得出频次排列前10味的核心药物为:麦冬、半夏、玉竹、黄连、仙鹤草、白花蛇舌草、刺猬皮、煅瓦楞子、黄芪和夏枯草。按功效进行分类,使用频率较高的10类中药分别为补虚药、清热药、理气药、化痰药、利水渗湿药、消食药、化湿药、温里药、活血化瘀药和止血药。结论:朱寿兴教授认为胃癌病机以气阴亏虚为主,毒邪留胃为辅,并提出益气生津,清胃解毒的治疗法则。
Objective:To explore medication rule of Professor Zhu Shou-xing in the treatment of gastric cancer based on data mining technology.Methods:A total of 320 cases of gastric cancer treated by Professor Zhu Shou-xing were collected and sorted out.The data were inputted by Epidata 3.0 software and analyzed by data mining method of frequency analysis.Results:The 1 486 prescriptions were analyzed,involving 132 Chinese medicinals,with an average of 26 Chinese herbal medicines per visit.The main clinical manifestations and core medication rules were extracted.The results showed that the top 10 core medicinals according to frequency were as follows:Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Yuzhu(Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis),Xianhecao(Herba Agrimoniae),Baihuasheshecao(Herba Hedyotis Diffusae),Ciweipi(Corium Erinacei),calcining Walengzi(Concha Arcae),Huangqi(Radix Astragali) and Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae).According to efficacy,the 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines with high frequency of use are deficiency-tonifying medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal,phlegm-resolving medicinal,damp-draining diuretic,digestive medicinal,damp-resolving medicinal,interior-warming medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,and hemostatic medicinal.Conclusion:Professor Zhu Shou-xing believes that the pathogenesis of gastric cancer patients is mainly qi-yin deficiency,supplemented by toxic pathogens retaining stomach,and puts forward the therapeutic principles of benefiting qi,generating essence,clearing stomach and removing toxic substance.
