摘要
目的探讨化疗联合中药四藤方加减对胃癌术后患者临床疗效及生存质量所产生的具体影响。方法选择接受手术的胃癌患者86例,病例选取时间范围为2016年8月—2018年11月,以患者入院顺序的奇偶性为依据对其展开交叉分组,把其中一组命名为对照组并实施化疗治疗方案,把另一组命名为研究组并在对照组患者所接受治疗方案的基础上增加中药四藤方加减治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月的中医证候评分和生存质量。结果研究组患者治疗1、3、6个月的中医证候评分皆明显较对照组患者低;对照组患者治疗3、6个月时中医证候评分明显较治疗前低;研究组患者治疗1、3、6个月时中医证候评分均明显低于治疗前;研究组患者治疗后的生存质量评分要高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌术后患者接受化疗治疗的同时为其实施中药四藤方加减治疗方案能有效提升其临床疗效,并在同时改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine Siteng recipe on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer in our hospital.Methods 86 patients with gastric cancer were selected for surgery in our hospital.The time range of case selection ranged from August 2016 to November 2018.According to the oddity of the patient’s admission order,they were cross-grouped.One group was named as a control group and a chemotherapy treatment plan was implemented.The other group was named as a study group and the treatment plan for the control group was added on the basis of the treatment plan received by the control group.The TCM score and quality of life of the two groups before treatment and treatment of 1,3,and 6 months were observed.Results The TCM score of 1,3 and 6 months was lower than that of control group.The TCM score was significantly lower than that before the treatment in the control group.In the first,third and sixth months of treatment,TCM score was significantly lower than before treatment.The quality of life after treatment was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after receiving chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Siteng recipe.
