现代社会的快速发展,对终身学习的大力提倡,对个人应对职业转换能力的要求提高,这一切变化都要求人们对自己的职业生涯规划和职业兴趣有着全面的认识和把握。职业启蒙教育让青少年对职业初步了解,发现自身的职业兴趣,并促使青少年不断考量自身能力与职业所需能力的差距而做出调整。在大职教观视野下,职业启蒙教育有着重要的价值,为学生终身发展打下基础,符合个人职业生涯发展的规律,是现代职业教育体系的根基。
The rapid development of modern society, strong advocating for lifelong learning, and higher requirements for the ability to cope with individual career change require people to have a comprehensive understanding and grasp of their career planning and career interests. Professional enlightenment education helps teenagers to have a preliminary understanding of career, find their own career interests and promote them constantly evaluate their ability and professional skills needed to adjust the gap.
