摘要
从城镇残疾人就业存在的问题、问题产生的原因和就业支持体系的重构3个方面对近10年来城镇残疾人就业问题研究的文献进行了总结和梳理,分析了城镇残疾人就业问题研究的现状,提出了需要通过多视角深入研究、按残疾分类研究的基础上不断提高研究的科学性和实效性。
The employment of the disabled is not only the significant indicator of the participation of the disabled in society but also the fundamental means in dealing with the issues pertaining to the disabled.The paper summarizes the literature review of the issues concerning the employment of the disabled from the perspective of the difficulties of the employment,the reasons concerned,and the reconstruction of the support system of employment in recent decade.Then it analyzes the present situation of the employment of the disabled and proposes the multi-angle research method to improve the scientific and effective nature of the research based on the types of the disabled degree.
