摘要
职业教育体系是一个复杂适应系统。从复杂适应系统视角审视与思考现代职业教育体系,不仅可以更清晰地把握现代职业教育体系的特征,同时也可以有更多的启示,主要包括:建设现代职业教育体系制度设计的着眼点在于改善体系外部环境,现代职业教育体系创新发展的内部动力来源于职业教育主体的聚集,现代职业教育体系的持续发展取决于系统的多样性等。由此促进我国现代职业教育体系的建设。
Vocational education system is a Complex Adaptive System. From the perspective of Complex Adaptive System and thinking of modem vocational education system ,not only can be more clearly grasp the characteristics of modem vocational education system, at the same time can have more inspiration,mainly includes： the construction of modem vocational education system starting point is to improve the system of the external environment of the system design, the internal driving force of the development of the modem vocational education system innovation comes from the accumulation of the vocational education the main body, and the sustainable development of modem vocational education system depends on the diversity of the system, etc. As a result, promote the construction of modem vocational education system in our country.
