摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对食品安全问题愈发重视,对食品添加剂成分含量的检测技术要求和标准制定越来越严格。目前,在食品添加剂的检测中较为广泛应用的是离子色谱法,该技术具有快速、简便、准确、灵敏度高等特点。本文主要介绍了离子色谱法的发展现状及其在食品添加剂检测中的应用,以便为更深入的研究奠定基础。
With the development of national economy, the improvement of people's living standards and a growing number of food safety problems, people on food additive component content of the accuracy of the quantitative qualitative puts forward more strict requirements. Ion chromatography is fast simple and high sensitivity. The advantages of the good selectivity and has been widely applied in the detection of food additives. This paper mainly introduces the current development of ion chromatography and its application in the food additive testing situation in order to lay a foundation for further study.
