食品添加剂是现代食品工业的灵魂,近年来由于滥用食品添加剂而造成的食品安全问题多次出现,危害人体健康。因此,食品添加剂的痕量检测显得尤为重要。离子色谱法具有快速、灵敏、选择性好和同时测定多组分的优点,正越来越多地被运用到食品添加剂检测中。
Food additive is the soul of the modern food industry. In recent years,food safety problems caused by the abuse of food additives have occurred many times,harm to human health,trace detection of food additives is particularly important. Ion chromatography has the advantages of rapid,sensitive,selective and simultaneous determination of multiple components,which is increasingly being applied to the detection of food additives.
