摘要
本文介绍用电导和脉冲安培检测的离子色谱同时测定一元有机酸和糖类的方法。糖类包括甘露醇、鼠李糖、葡萄糖、果糖、乳糖、蔗糖、棉子糖和麦芽糖,一元有机酸包括乳酸、乙醇酸、甲酸、和丙酮酸.以0.080mol/L NaOH为淋洗液在12min内可以分离这些组分,用脉冲安培检测糖类,抑制电导检测器检测一元有机酸。本法可用于饮料中这些组分的分析。
The simultaneous determination of monoprotic organic acids and carbohydrates by ion chromatography with conductmetric and pulsed amperometric deteetion is described respectively. Mannitol, arabinose, glucose, fructose, lactose, sucrose, raffinose, maltose and lactic, glycolis, formic, pyruvic acids were separated within twelve minutes with 0. 080 mol/L sodium hydroxide as the eluent. The method has been used to analyze the above components in beverages.
